What I can feed my dog has terrible skin allergies?

My dog is 7 and his life has had terrible skin allergies. I always lick the legs and become red and became a bald patch on its side in the same way it bites. I bathed in a ton different shampoos, some of the vet, and nothing seems to work. His skin is very dry. I tried to put sunscreen on him that is hard to do because it's a toy poodle and a lot of hair. I also tried a hydrocortisone cream. Are there any other thing I should try?

Call your vet to see if he / she will prescribe Benadryl (must be the brand name, Sometimes generic charges that can damage your dog a pill because of the additives in the liquid). They probably want the weight and type of dog to give the dose may not even need a review if you have used a veterinarian, and then give the dose via telephone.
